RUBBER RELEASE PRODUCTS
We manufacture a wide range of sacrificial, semi-permanent and permanent release coatings formulated with the latest release technologies. Our products are effective on a variety of polymers and their cure systems including EPDM, silicone, natural rubber, butyl, polyurethane, and more. Our products contain a wetting system that allows for the uniform coating of complex mold geometries without impacting design tolerances.
MANDREL LUBE & HOSE PAN-CURE RELEASE PRODUCTS
We offer a range of products that provide lubrication to increase the efficiency of formed hose manufacturing operations without impacting design tolerances. Our imparted coating resists high cure temperatures, speeds up ejection times, and helps facilitate post-cure ridged mandrel pulls. The water pressure needed to strip the cured hose from the flexible mandrel is reduced, eliminating potential hose and mandrel damage. Our hose pan-cure products provide release without interfering with the bonding of additional hose layers or printing.
RUBBER RECYCLING
Our zinc-free, chemically inert, low-dust products are designed to aid material flow and blocking while improving the processability of ground compounds. They contain a blend of flow promoters and release resins that uniformly coat complex geometries without staining or negatively impacting down-stream processing. Treated material resists bridging and is free-flowing from the bag, super sack or container. Our products help extend the shelf-life of treated compounds by helping to prevent re-agglomeration.
EXTRUSION & PREFORM RELEASE PRODUCTS
We offer a range of products that impart a clear, non-tacky, matte finish coating that provides release during production and after storage without staining or negatively impacting down-stream processing. Our release products are formulated with a modern wetting system that allow them to coat complex geometries without impacting design tolerances. The fast drying, dust-free coating will not carbonize when heated and will act as a mold release under molding conditions.
MATERIAL PROCESS COATINGS
Products are applied to material handling belts and equipment to reduce friction and improve material flow. These uniform products will not phase separate or settle, and dry fast on the surface to form a durable, clear, flexible, dust-free coating. The material being processed resists building up on surfaces that have been treated with our process coating.
